Appointment Information for Patients
Our office does not require a physician referral to be seen by our hip and knee care physicians; however, your health insurance company may require a referral. Please check with your insurance company prior to calling for an appointment.
For those who are ready to see one of our physicians, we offer a variety of scheduling options for your convenience. Our team will make every effort to schedule an orthopedic appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
As a courtesy to other patients, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you are a new OhioHealth patient, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so we may verify your insurance and ask you to complete your first visit forms.
